Often in self-loving, it is not always our nature to self-nurture. But through learning and understanding these different actions of self-loving and using them in your daily life, you can shift and heal.
One Action of Self Loving is “Being Trustworthy.”
This means that you keep your promise to yourself. If you tell yourself that you will engage in 10 minutes of walking each day because it makes you feel good and helps your healing, then each day that comes along and you don’t follow-through, you are not being trustworthy to yourself. You aren’t walking your talk and end up sabotaging yourself.
But by being true to your promises and following through, you are self-loving and healing through this daily action.
